CAPS Ontario has partnered with the Alliance Française to produce an introductory French class specific to sommeliers.
Wine terminology, service scenarios and other industry-specific exercises will be used as the lens for language study that focuses on conversational skills and reading abilities.
Classes are three hours weekly for 13 weeks and will cost $400.
Tuesdays 12-3pm
Next semester starts: January 26th
These classes will run at the Alliance Francaise, 24 Spadina Road.
Maximum 12 students.
This course will only run with sufficient registration.
