Included in the class is a 100+ page Nova Scotia wine study guide developed specifically for this class. During the day you will also enjoy focused tastings highlighting Nova Scotia’s best wine styles including Tidal Bay and Traditional Method sparkling wines, along with new innovative wines reflecting the increasingly diverse varietal mix making up the vineyards of Nova Scotia. In addition, you will be presented with a Nova Scotia inspired lunch showcasing the intrinsic relationship of between the region’s seafood and wine.

This class will be presented by CAPS National President, and Nova Scotia resident, Mark DeWolf. Mark has been a sommelier since 2001, and educator since 2004. The class is being presented free of charge for CAPS Manitoba members courtesy of CAPS Atlantic and the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Aquaculture.
